In view of the situation of bed bugs in some overseas areas, the hotel has strengthened pest control process as below:
1. Luggage transported to the room through the hotel will be subject to enhanced pest control treatment.
2. Enhance room cleaning and bed bug inspections, including walls, ceilings, carpets, mattresses and furniture.
3. Arrange Pest Control Company (Ecolab) conduct regular bed bug control services and inspections in rooms and public areas within the hotel.
4. The hotel will provide professional training to front-line employees on related issue, including inviting pest control experts for training.
5. The hotel will continue to closely monitor the latest situation and contact the Department of Health to enhance the hotel's pest prevention measures.
